Simple specialities include the delicious pane e pomodoro; fresh homemade bread made with natural yeast, topped with the delicious local cherry tomatoes and drizzled with olive oil. The cantina also produced its own ditch rabbit, stewed in garlic, white wine, herbs and cherry tomatoes.
